By entering the Professionals Townsville Cash Giveaway, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. PROMOTER
1.1 The promoter is Vinick Pty Ltd trading as Professionals Townsville, ABN: 63 912 559 106, of Shop 9, 20-38 Main St, Burdell QLD 4818.
2. PROMOTIOAL PERIOD
2.1 Entries for the competition open at 9:00am AEST on Monday 1st December 2025 and close at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 1st March 2026.
3. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
3.1 Entrants to the competition must:
· Be 18 years of age or older· Be a resident of Queensland· List your home for sale with a Real Estate Agent of Professionals Townsville
· Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
3.2 The eligibility criteria must be met within the promotional period. All entrants will then go into the draw to win the prize(s).
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1.
4.2 Each property listed with Professionals Townsville will be eligible to go into the draw. There will be one entry per property.
4.3 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entrants. The winner will be selected at random.
4.4 The draws will take place on Monday 2nd March 2026 at 2:00pm AEST at Professionals Townsville, 9/20-38 Main St, Burdell QLD 4818.
4.5 The winner will be notified by phone and email. The prize will need to be collected in person at Professionals Townsville to provide the winners bank details.
4.6 The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence with the winner regarding the result
5. ENTRIES PERMITTED
5.1 Only one entry is permitted per property address.
6. PRIZE(S) DETAILS
6.1 One prize in total of $10,000 AUD to be delivered via bank transfer.
6.2 Total prize pool is $10,000.
7. THE WINNER
7.1 The winner of the competition will have their first initial, surname and suburb published on the Professionals Townsville at professionalstownsville.com.au at the time of the draw. The details will remain there for four (4) weeks after the draw date.
7.2 Professionals Townsville may promote the name and photo of the winner on their office websites and/or Social Media pages
7.3 In the event that the prize is not claimed by any of the winners drawn on the draw date, a second draw will take place. The winner of the second draw will then be notified via phone and email and published as the winners as according to 4.6 and 7.1.
8. NO LIABILITY
8.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it at a later date under these same conditions
9. PRIVACY
